Grace E was the result of a genuine desire to rethink superyacht design by bringing ecological concerns in to the realm of luxury living. Built by Italian shipyard Perini Navi, Grace E fulfils all material desires, but leaves a considerably lighter footprint on the oceans upon which she sails. In fact, so innovative was her design that she was awarded the Motor Yacht of The Year award in 2015.

The onboard spa facilities are generous to say the least, including a pool, jacuzzi, massage room, a wet/dry sauna and a hydrotherapy room with a cold-dip bath. A yacht that harmony in every sense of the word, Grace E also uses innovative technology to stay in place without dropping anchor, allowing for cruising in ecologically vulnerable areas – such as coral reefs – without causing them damage. Moreover, engine noise is conspicuously absent, making for a yacht that can slink with unusual silence through some of the world’s most scenic waters.

Lady S

The svelte Lady S underwent a refit in 2013, creating an intelligently designed yacht of grand interiors in which every furnishing complements its environment – cashmere from the eminent Loro Piana, and accessories from Asprey, Hermes, Linley and Lalique to name a few.

The wellness facilities are likewise as copious and well-appointed as one could hope for. Guests are transported to the bathhouses of Marrakech in the on-board Hamman, a form of Moroccan steam room; they can make use of the jacuzzi; train in the climate-controlled gym; or unwind in the massage room – which is staffed, of course, by a fully qualified masseuse.

Moonlight II

To stand on the uppermost deck of the prodigious Moonlight II is to find yourself 21 metres above the ocean surface – the height of a six story building. With room for no fewer than 36 guests, this is one of the largest and finest entertaining-focused yachts available for charter, her carefully thought-out design ensuring that she never feels congested when at full capacity. Fittingly, Moonlight II has some of the most extensive wellness facilities of any yacht available, with a sauna, steam room, plunge pool, jacuzzi and massage room among the facilities on offer.

Saluzi

Named after a war horse that belonged to the one-time Chinese Emperor of Tang, Saluzi could be said to have a lot to live up to. Thankfully, she does not dissapoint. Reminiscent of an open-air beach house, her upper decks are swathed with white canopies, providing an apt setting for the South East Asian coastlines along which she cruises. Her hull, on the other hand, features distinctive artwork created by well-known Chinese artist Li Jiwei, whose medley of blue, purple and pink invokes the flora of Asia, heightening the sense of tropicality.

Her clean, contemporary design and open spaces are fitting for a yacht with a wellness focus; her internal design bespeaks of a considered sort of luxury in which every object contributes to the whole, with nothing superfluous to upset the balance of any room.

As for the spa facilities, Saluzi offers two jacuzzis, a luxurious spa and a gym. Other amusements include an unusually large open air cinema, a karaoke bar and a dive centre from which guests can receive a diving qualification – making Saluzi a yacht on which it is a challenge to be bored.

Titania

Titania was originally built in 2006 by indomitable German yacht builders Lürssen, but received a comprehensive refit in 2012, making for a yacht with classic wooden interiors that transition to more contemporary outside spaces. One such addition was the creation of a beach club at the stern, which is home to a bar, sauna and a lounge area with open-air seating. On the upper deck is a dedicated spa room, a pool with a swim-up bar and a glass atrium that houses a climate-controlled gym.

The interiors,on the other hand, retain a classic edge: a staggering amount of wooden panelling and flooring lends a wonderful vintage feel without making them feel in any way dated, making Titania a yacht in which the luxury of the old world meets with the new.
